Ameriflight, LLC, the largest Part 135 cargo airline in the country seeks A&P Mechanics from time to time. Openings may occur at any of our base locations that include Burbank, Cincinnati, Dallas, Oakland, Omaha, Ontario, Phoenix, Portland, Salt Lake City, Seattle, as well as San Juan and Borinquen, Puerto Rico.

As an A&P Mechanic for Ameriflight, you will perform all manner of maintenance on Ameriflight aircraft including minor maintenance on ground support equipment. Our fleet of Embraer Brasilias, Fairchild Metro IIIs and Expediters, Beech 99s and 1900s, Piper and Chieftains/Navajos make this a challenging and career enhancing opportunity.

Generally, we seek a minimum of a year of experience, preferably on Piston Turbo Props, experience within a fast paced maintenance operation and a valid and current FAA mechanic’s certification with Airframe & Powerplant ratings. We highly prefer direct experience with Piper, Metro and Beech 99/1900’s.

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible to the Quality Assurance Manager for the support of the Quality Assurance Section. The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Auditing, Distribution and Tracking of Publications, Vendor Updates, and Warranty Administration. Full Time position M-F 8am - 5 pm

Requirements: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year of related experience, preferably in Aviation Maintenance or Quality Assurance; or equivalent combination of education and experience.High volume of data entry and record tracking experience. Must be able to multi-task and demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organizational, administrative, and communication skills.

Candidate should have a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Experience with other computer programs such as Visio, Dash, and PRG a plus.
